Swara Bhasker Sticks To Her Stand; Says Bihar Police Should Have Transferred FIR Against Rhea Chakraborty In Sushant Singh Rajput's Case To Mumbai Police
After the Supreme Court announced a verdict in Sushant Singh Rajput's family's favour, many fans rejoiced the victory. However, Swara Bhasker defended the Mumbai police and stated that it was unfair to call them unprofessional. This time around, the actress took to her Twitter account and shared a link of an opinion piece and once again showed her support to Mumbai police while sticking to her guns. The opinion piece is regarding Sushant Singh Rajput and the death case that is still hitting headlines. While addressing the 'conspiracy-theory- lovers and other scavengers- in-human-form,' Bhasker asks everyone to read it.
 
Her tweet read, "Hello conspiracy-theory- lovers & other scavengers- in-human-form! Pls read this piece by a distinguished, highly decorated police officer. “Bihar Police should have registered an FIR with a ‘zero’ number & transferred it to the Mumbai police for disposal.” #SushanthSinghRajput." For the unversed, earlier, talking to Pinkvilla, Swara Bhasker spoke in support of Mumbai police as she said, "I don’t think it is fair to suggest that the Mumbai Police were not doing a good job or were not being professional. I think that there is a problem right there that we did not trust the Mumbai Police, we should have. We have no reason to doubt their conduct. I hope the CBI will now be allowed to do their job in a fair and impartial manner.”
 
Apart from Mumbai police, Swara Bhasker has even backed Rhea Chakraborty who is reportedly the prime accused in Sushant's death case. The Nil Battey Sannata actress even shared a tweet in which she talked about the kind of trials the Jalebi actress was subjected to. She wrote, "I don’t think even #Kasab was subjected to the kind of witch-hunt on media.. & media trial that #RheaChakrobarty is being subjected to! Shame on Indian Media.. Shame on us for being a toxic voyueristic public consuming this poisonous hysteria"
